These Promotion Terms apply to promotional bonuses offered by Fiber, including the new-user deposit bonus advertised as "Deposit $100. Get $25." They supplement the Fiber Terms and Conditions at https://fiber.so/terms, which continue to apply. If these Promotion Terms conflict with the Terms and Conditions, these Promotion Terms govern the promotion only.
Promotional bonuses are funded and paid by Fiber. They are separate from the rewards, staking returns, and yield-like distributions described in the Terms and Conditions. "Fiber," "we," "our," and "us" mean Merkle Software Inc.
1. New-User Deposit Bonus
To earn the new-user deposit bonus, you must:
- Be a new Fiber user who is eligible to use the Service under the Terms and Conditions
- Deposit at least $100 into your Fiber USD balance
- Keep at least $100 in your USD balance for 30 consecutive days. If your balance drops below $100 during that period, the 30-day count restarts
- Verify your phone number
Once you qualify, Fiber adds $25 to your USD balance. The bonus amount, deposit threshold, holding period, and any other offer-specific requirements are those shown in the Service at the time you start the promotion.
2. One Bonus Per Person
Each promotional bonus is paid once per natural person, regardless of how many Fiber accounts, devices, phone numbers, email addresses, or wallets that person uses. If one person opens or controls more than one account, that person is paid the bonus at most once across all of those accounts. Any additional bonus that is claimed, in progress, or paid on another account of the same person may be cancelled or reclaimed.
3. Review and Identity Verification
Every bonus claim is subject to review. Fiber may delay, withhold, reduce, or cancel a bonus while it reviews an account for eligibility.
If Fiber identifies activity it considers suspicious, including indications that multiple accounts are operated by the same person, coordinated deposits between accounts, or funds cycled between accounts to meet the offer requirements, Fiber may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before the bonus is paid. A bonus will not be paid to an account that does not complete requested verification.
4. Abuse
Fiber may reverse or reclaim any bonus obtained in breach of these Promotion Terms, and may suspend or terminate accounts involved in promotional abuse in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Fiber determines eligibility and abuse at its sole discretion.
5. Offer Availability and Changes
- Promotional offers are available for a limited time and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without notice
- A bonus is not guaranteed until it is credited to your balance
- Bonus amounts are stated in USD and are paid in the stablecoin balance shown in the Service
- Promotional bonuses may be subject to applicable taxes, which are your sole responsibility
- Promotional offers are void where prohibited by law
