FAQ

Is Fiber a bank or custodian?

No. Fiber is a non-custodial software interface, not a bank or financial institution. Fiber does not hold, take custody of, control, or access the assets in your wallet. Integrated services may have their own operating and custody boundaries.

What does Fiber keep private?

Fiber uses zero-knowledge proofs to shield supported transfers, trades, and earn activity. Fiber does not make every blockchain action or integrated service private; public blockchains and third parties keep their own visibility and data practices.

Can I receive ACH or wire payments?

Eligible users may receive incoming ACH and domestic wire payments through US routing and account details. Availability, verification, provider requirements, and jurisdictional restrictions apply.

Is earn fixed or guaranteed?

No. Earn is available only for eligible balances, and rates can change. Check Fiber for the current rate and terms before using it. Returns are not guaranteed, and digital assets carry risk.

What fees does Fiber charge?

We charge 0% deposit fees and 0% trading fees for supported activity, and we keep 25% of generated rewards on stablecoin balances. Network costs, spreads, sender or intermediary fees, card fees, foreign exchange, ATM charges, and other third-party costs may still apply.

Where is Fiber Visa available?

Fiber Visa is available only to eligible users and requires identity verification. Card, ATM, Apple Pay, and Google Pay availability depends on jurisdiction, provider, device, and other requirements.
