Fiber vs Bleap
Private stablecoin account or fee-first non-custodial payments?Bleap is a strong non-custodial fintech with a Mastercard, fiat transfers and consumer-friendly card pricing. We built Fiber around the same user-control principle, then added ZK privacy and private 24/7 markets.
Start using FiberThis is not a custody-versus-control comparison. Both products emphasize user control; the decision is about privacy, markets, card economics and regional fit.
Two non-custodial accounts with different priorities.
| What matters | Fiber | Bleap | Decision note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Asset control | We are non-custodial by architecture and cannot access or control your assets. | Bleap’s EEA terms describe a non-custodial wallet whose keys and assets remain under user control. | Both preserve user control, with different account implementations. |
| Financial privacy | We shield supported transfers, trades and earn activity with zero-knowledge privacy. | Bleap emphasizes non-custodial control, security and compliance rather than an equivalent ZK transaction-privacy layer. | Fiber’s clearest architectural advantage is private supported activity. |
| Rewards and earn | earn is integrated into the account with live variable returns; Fiber does not promise a fixed rate. | Bleap publishes card cashback paid in USDC and access to earn products, with offers and eligibility subject to change. | Bleap leads with card rewards; Fiber leads with private account activity. |
| Markets | We provide 24/7 access to supported tokenized stocks, commodities and crypto with 0% Fiber trading fees. | Bleap focuses on buy, sell, swap, bridge, fiat transfers and card spending rather than a tokenized-securities marketplace. | Fiber is broader when investing beyond crypto belongs in the account. |
| Account rails | Eligible users receive US account details for ACH and domestic wires with 0% Fiber deposit fees. | Bleap publishes fiat sending, bank-account withdrawal and direct-debit features, with availability varying by jurisdiction. | Choose the rails and country support that match where you get paid. |
Choose Fiber if
- You want ZK privacy for supported transfers, trades and earn activity.
- You want tokenized stocks, commodities and crypto in the same account.
- US account details are a better fit for how you receive income.
Bleap may be the better fit if
- You prioritize Bleap’s published card-fee structure and cashback.
- Its European card and fiat-account features match your location.
- You want a non-custodial payments app without needing private markets.
Bleap is one of the closest comparisons because it genuinely preserves user control and delivers polished card utility. Fiber’s answer is not to diminish that strength: it is to add a private financial layer and broader always-on markets to the account.
Questions people ask
Are Fiber and Bleap both non-custodial?
Yes. Fiber is non-custodial by architecture, and Bleap’s current EEA card terms state that its linked wallet is non-custodial and user-controlled. Card issuers and payment partners still have separate operational roles.
What does Fiber add beyond Bleap?
Fiber explicitly protects supported transfers, trades and earn activity with ZK privacy and includes supported tokenized stocks and commodities alongside crypto. Those are the clearest product differences.
