Continue verification and back up your wallet more easily

If our banking partner needs more information, you can now continue verification from the US bank transfer screen. Wallet backup walks you through the file and its password in separate steps, with a link to recovery tools. Phone verification also explains delivery blocks and send limits more clearly.

Weekly updateVersion 0.67.0

What changed

  • Continue bank verification from Fiber when Rain asks for more information.
  • Export an encrypted wallet backup with clearer steps and recovery guidance.
  • See why a phone code couldn't be sent and what to try next.

Improvements

Bank verification has a next step.

Continue verification opens Rain's flow from the US bank transfer screen, and Fiber checks your status when you return. If there is no verification link or the application wasn't approved, the screen offers support.

Wallet backup explains the file before you save it.

Read how the encrypted backup works, then choose its file password. Recovery tools are linked from the explanation. Accounts without a verified email or phone can confirm an export with their account password when extra protection is off.

Phone code failures explain what to do.

Temporary delivery blocks and send limits now have readable messages, and failed resends show an error. Older app versions may need an update to resend codes or verify a phone during identity verification.

Bonus verification may need another review.

When a deposit bonus needs identity verification, completing the check can approve the claim automatically or return it to the team for another review. Verification does not guarantee payment.

New accounts get more distinct starter names.

New starter names use more word combinations and keep their number suffix. Existing accounts keep their names.

Fixes

Sale proceeds use active rewards vaults.

With rewards on, sales of listed assets now compare routes into active Morpho and Aave vaults instead of the retired Ethereum vault. Existing balances in older vaults stay where they are.

New Android builds strengthen connection security.

The Android networking update blocks compromised certificates inside the app. This protection requires an updated Android build; an over-the-air app update alone cannot deliver it.
