US bank account details for freelancers: ACH and wires

We built Fiber US account details for the client who is ready to pay you but whose accounts-payable system only speaks ACH or wire. They get a familiar route; you get funds inside Fiber.

Why Fiber includes US account details

Many US companies can send ACH or domestic wires more easily than they can send a blockchain payment. Fiber gives eligible users routing and account details so the client can keep its familiar bank workflow while the resulting funds become useful in a stablecoin account.

We do not present those details as universal bank coverage. They come through specific payment arrangements with eligibility, sender and jurisdiction requirements.

Why Fiber keeps ACH and wire separate

ACH transfers are commonly used for domestic payroll and vendor payments. Domestic wires can be faster or handle different payment needs, but sender and intermediary fees may be higher.

Use the Fiber instructions for the exact rail your client selects. Sending a wire to ACH-only instructions, or the reverse, can delay or return the payment.

What to copy from Fiber before invoicing

Confirm which sender names, payment types and references your Fiber details support. Then give the client the beneficiary name and routing information exactly as displayed—banking instructions are not a place for creative editing.

  • Your eligibility and supported jurisdiction
  • ACH, domestic wire or both
  • Required beneficiary name and payment reference
  • Incoming limits and expected settlement time
  • Fiber, sender, intermediary and third-party fees

Connect the Fiber deposit to the invoice

Fiber shows the incoming account activity; your records should connect it to the work. Match every payment to an invoice, client and date, and keep the original currency, agreed rate, gross amount and deductions.

We charge 0% Fiber deposit fees for eligible supported deposits. Sender, intermediary, network, spread or third-party fees can still apply.

Questions worth asking before the money moves.

Can a non-US freelancer get US account details?

Fiber offers US account details to eligible users. Availability depends on verification, provider requirements and jurisdiction.

Can clients send both ACH and wires?

Only if both rails are supported for your Fiber account details. Always use the instructions shown for the intended payment type.

Does Fiber charge to receive an eligible payment?

We charge 0% Fiber deposit fees. Sender, intermediary or third-party bank charges may still apply.
